Warranty Period: This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original purchase and applies to the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Dusty’s Computers warrants that this refurbished computer system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component(s) at no charge for parts and labor.

Covered components include:

• Motherboard, CPU, and RAM

• Hard drive or solid-state drive (failure unrelated to data loss or user-caused damage)

• Power supply

• Optical drives and internal hardware installed by Dusty’s Computers at time of sale

• Any parts replaced or upgraded by Dusty’s Computers prior to sale, as noted on your receipt

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover and Dusty’s Computers will not be responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, scratches, dents, worn keys, worn hinges, or cosmetic deterioration of any kind

• Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, liquid contact, electrical surge, or any other external cause

• Software, operating systems, viruses, or malware - including any issues resulting from software installation, removal, corruption, or infection

• Data loss or recovery of any kind, for any reason

• Batteries (laptop batteries are consumable items and are not covered by warranty)

• Screens or displays cracked, damaged, or degraded by external force or pressure

• Accessories such as keyboards, mice, monitors, cables, or chargers unless defective at the time of sale and reported within 7 days of purchase

• Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification by anyone other than Dusty’s Computers

• Consumable parts such as thermal paste, fans showing wear from use, or components with expected finite lifespans

• Damage resulting from improper use, including use in environments with excessive heat, dust, moisture, or power fluctuations

• Cosmetic issues present at time of sale that were disclosed or visible prior to purchase

You must provide proof of purchase (original receipt) and a description of the issue. The customer is responsible for delivering the unit to our location. Dusty’s Computers is not responsible for shipping costs or damage incurred during transport to or from our facility.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY DUSTY’S COMPUTERS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUSTY’S COMPUTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT COVERED OR NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• This warranty is void if the serial number or any identifying label has been removed or altered.

• Dusty’s Computers reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts of equal or greater specification in any repair.

• Repaired or replaced components are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

• This warranty does not cover any product purchased from a third party reselling our equipment without our authorization.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Where required by state law, implied warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period stated herein rather than disclaimed entirely.
